We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, colour selection, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, 9Under will happily offer a free replacement or a full refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with details of the issue. Be ready with your photos of the issue.
