Thank you for shopping with 9U. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.


Order Processing

All 9U products are made to order. Once you place an order, it enters production before being shipped.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after production, not from the order date.

United Kingdom

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Total estimated time: 7–15 business days (processing + shipping)

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs delays outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on:

  • Order size

  • Delivery location

Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • If an order is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs may apply


Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
